No, it's not different laws

If you already do business successfully in other countries, each with unique laws, how can different laws in Chinese Asia be the real problem?

Chinese succeed doing business with each other without complaining about the laws, so it works for them. The same is true for Westerners doing business with each other. It's only when doing business with each other that "the law" becomes a problem.

Maybe it's not "different laws" that's the problem, but more not knowing, following or respecting Chinese laws.
